Strategy Position Awareness
Independent Trader is aware of the Strategy Position for each account and symbol and displays it alongside the Live Position. Should any discrepancy arise, Independent Trader also provides an “Align” button so that the trader can quickly make any necessary corrections.
Eliminate Duplicated Orders
When Independent Trader receives an order via its API, it first checks for an existing matching order and if a live matching order is found Independent Trader performs a cancel/replace instead of blindly sending a new order. This prevents duplicate orders from being sent unintentionally, for example when a chart reloads or data connection reconnects.
Bypass Strategy Automation Dialogs
When executing your strategy through Independent Trader, your automated strategy will no longer be “frozen” by confusing and unnecessary strategy automation dialogs/warnings.
